Refund fee only applies if the the trader manage to make 5% of profit within the first withdrawal following all the previous rules.

Profit cap 5%

Withdraw 1: 60% profit split + refundable fee (30 days).

Withdraw 2: 70% profit split (30 days).

Withdraw 3: 80% profit split (30 days).

Withdraw 4: 90% profit split (14 days). After reaching the 90% profit split on the fourth withdrawal, the trader will have achieved the maximum profit split percentage and will unlock bi-weekly withdrawals indefinitely from that point forward.
